8. Виконання виконавчих написів нотаріуса: сучасні тенденції

The article examines the theoretical and practical issues that arise during the compulsory execution of the notary's executive notes, in the context of the relationship between the notarial and executive processes. The specifics of the execution of a notary's executive inscription by a public and private executor, taking into account the legal nature of a notary' s executive inscription, have been determined.Highlighted the main modern trends in the development of the executive process in relation to the executive notes of a notary,both positive and negative, in particular, the emergence of private performers interested in actual performance, digitalization of debt collection, violation of the rights of consumers of banking services, legalization of collection companies. The vectors of further development of legal relations related to the collection of debts that go beyond the enforcement process are predicted.
